- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. 48 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment or your deposit will be paid out to your artist to cover their lost income.

- Appointments may be rescheduled once with 48 hours notice. The new appointment will be reschedule no more that 4-6 weeks after the initial date or as soon as the artist has availability. After that a new deposit will be required and your initial quote may no longer apply.

- No call / no shows really suck. Our artists are commission based and are counting on you to come in for your appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment a larger deposit or full payment will be required to be rebook.
